Based in Los Angeles, Debbie is CEO of Jack Hammer Global, a global group of executive search, talent advisory, and leadership coaching companies. These include: Jack Hammer USA (executive search for the Edtech sector ), Jack Hammer Africa (Africa’s largest executive search boutique), OntheBlock (talent solutions & coaching for Web3 companies), and Virtual Coaching Partners (an online leadership coaching platform).

Debbie is recognized as a global thought-leader, keynote speaker and high impact leadership coach – specializing in Co-Founder Coaching. Her podcast ‘On Work & Revolution’ spotlights pioneers in the Future-of-Work movement, advocating for healthy work-life that doesn’t suck!

Her first book, “InTheFlow – Taking Mindfulness to Work”, was listed as one of the ‘Top 10 Best’ business books, and her newest one, ‘The Living Room Leader – Leadership Lessons for a Hybrid Future’ is a Nr 1 Bestseller on Amazon.

As a serial entrepreneur, she has a somewhat unusual background – in her first career, she was an award-winning contemporary choreographer and dancer….whilst finishing her law degree!
