ABOUT Xtraordinary Women:

These sessions also focus on effective networking and building lasting business relationships.  We currently have 7 Chapters: Helderberg, Durbanville, Coastal, Southern Suburbs, Holistic Network Cape Town, Holistic Network Somerset West & Xtraordinary Evenings.

TOPIC: Ditch the Prozac! Choose Mindfulness!
Mindfulness reduces stress and anxiety, whilst boosting EQ, self-awareness and overall happiness. EVERYONE wants to lead a less stressed, more engaged, joyful life, but Mindfulness seems a little ‘esoteric’ and inaccessible.

In this keynote, Debbie will introduce mindfulness-based principles in plain and simple English, as well as practical tools that you can use every day to shift out of the hectic rut of busy-ness, and transform your life.
